uubd2 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and uubd2 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the uubd2.pro website, its games, services, promotions, and all related features. These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users of uubd2.pro, including players accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations across Bangladesh.

• 2.Each player may hold only one active account at any time. If uubd2 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in those accounts may be voided.
• 3.All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. uubd2 may request documentary proof of the information provided at registration at any time.
• 4.Before the processing of any withdrawal request, uubd2 will require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This process may include submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. uubd2 may suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
• 5.You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of the uubd2 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. uubd2 does not warrant that access to or use of the platform is legal in every location. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the uubd2 platform. uubd2 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supports the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction.

• 2.All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be returned where possible and may result in account review or suspension. uubd2 will not be liable for any losses arising from deposits made using a third-party payment account.
• 3.Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method: mobile banking withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days. uubd2 reserves the right to apply additional processing time during periods of high transaction volume.
• 4.uubd2 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges. uubd2 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
• 5.Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the uubd2 account. uubd2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation confirming the ownership of the nominated withdrawal account before releasing funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

uubd2 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer, in addition to these general Terms. The following general conditions apply to all uubd2 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• 1.All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates are specified on the individual promotion page or in the bonus terms communicated at the time of offer.

Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

• 4.uubd2 may at any time require enhanced due diligence on any player account, including requesting additional identification, proof of funds, or evidence of source of wealth. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by uubd2 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension pending satisfactory receipt of the required documents.

Intellectual Property

All content on uubd2.pro — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the proprietary property of uubd2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No content from uubd2.pro may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of uubd2.

The uubd2 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of uubd2. You may not use any uubd2 trademark, trade name, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion among users, disparage uubd2, or misrepresent your relationship or affiliation with uubd2, without uubd2's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uubd2 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The following limitations apply:

• 1.uubd2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if uubd2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
• 2.uubd2 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity, including game losses, bonus forfeiture, or the lapsing of free spins. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and all wagering decisions are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
• 3.In no event shall uubd2's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your uubd2 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination
